You're just being pulled in by fancy effects. It's basically BC2 and MW2 put together, One very broken shooter and one that lost it's touch with the ways of the older bf games.
Also, more trailer park soldiers with greasey biker beards? But hey what else is the entire American military force these days.
Also, it looks like most of the maps are names of cities or provinces in Afghanistan and yet you cannot play as Canadians i'm assuming. Not that I want anything to do with a government army anymore.
If I get this it will be for the more realisic mechanics and weapons, nothing more. That If last sentence will probably turn into a Not or Won't very soon.
*Edit If the beta needs a code or anything you should get me one as I will be making my choice aboot buying it or not during the beta. That is if you want any hope of playing with me as I was no doubt able to tell that you do.

This is covering the Army and Tier 1 operators, so the reason why the T1's are hairy is because they try to blend in to the populous. Rangers should look prim and proper. Btw, that's not fair, we've always had greasy biker beards.

The game models will have heavy influence over my decision, regardless of who blends in with who.

Beta key is given out by pre-order. If I find a free one I'll give you it, but I'm not gonna buy one.

Yes because im'm you best friend you were obviously going to buy me a copy of the game or a key. I'll watch footage of the beta if I can't get a key and then judge.

"that's when you unlock a beard. The beard doesn't kill, it just looks bad ass."
Umm what? No it doesn't it makes you look unprofessional.
Doesn't look good so far.

That's subjective. Both Epic Beard Man and Chuck Norris had a beard after all.

I am both a fan of EpicBeardMan and Chuck Norris, however when it comes to professional soldiers wielding firearms and not a beard; I disregard what I am a fan of.
Doesn't look good so far, sorry

No, this is the spirit, and now you're haunted.
*Edit*Edit: Btw, if you read this Delta, tomorrow is a patch for BC2 servers that will localize all the servers. Maybe it'll work for you, but it'll deff reduce the lag.

So? I never had that much lag playing with you or Delta, make that no lag. Also I don't play BC2 anymore.

If you've played it recently you'd know what I was talking about. Plus, that was addressed to Delta.

Here's why I probably won't get it. WATCH THE WHOLE video to understand.

Right from the begining of the video, I hate that guy. For a lot of reasons, but mainly, because he thinks he is a Battlefield fan. He is NOT a battlefield fan. He is a Bad Company 2 Modern Warfare fan.
Medal of Honor is like Bad Company 1. Bad Company 1 was, to me, the best FPS of all time, and considering MoH is a lot like it, MoH is great.
So no, Medal of Honor isn't like the "big hits" Bad Company 2 and Modern Warfare 2, and that's what makes it f'ing great.
You can get it or not get it, I really don't care Tango. I just wanted to let you know that you shouldn't trust BC2/MW2 fans to comment on a game like MoH.

You obviously haven't played 2142 or BF2's PR to know that there are much better games than BC1.
But heres the thing. I am a BC2 fan, MW2 player not a fan and until now I was a fan of MOH. I feel the exact same way Tesi does. It's just a watered down version of BC and MW2 put together with what I see as hardly any resemblence to the first bad company.

Aight, I'm not going to try and convince you to get the game if you're so dead set on not getting it, because it would be sheer hypocrisy to what I'm about to say. You're taking the opinion of a person who sucks at the game first off, and secondly is falsifying at least 80%+ of all his points/"facts". So I shall debunk this bias video point for point so you know what kind of game this is.
1. "--you got this weird animation of course they can fix that, and you've got no killcam--" - 0:52 MoH has never had a killcam in any of it's games, so there's no reason to add one if they're trying to stay true to the series. The animations will probably be fixed as well. I have noticed a few bodies stuck in walls and such.
2. "--there's not so much team-play as in battlefield, and more camping and more weirdness..." - 1:40 True there is more camping, but there's always been camping in MoH. You can't break down walls like in BF, so you gotta substitute with something. There are a lot of people who run around and kill though. More so than campers.
3. Not gonna post the whole quote, just watch from 1:50-2:29. The RPG is ineffective as an AP weapon and there are a total of 6 Bradleys which spawn in the Mission map. Also the Bradley's controls are not weird, they are exactly the same as in BC2. The only difference is that the aim speed is a bit squirrely and the damage is a bit higher. As for not being able to "repair anything", it was an unessential feature and was cut because there are very few vehicles in the game, and plus it makes things more challenging. "--can't run around and noob tube like everyone does here in the beta." It is IMPOSSIBLE to effectively "noob tube" in this game. The explosives have only 25% splash damage meaning that you must hit someone directly (underneath or on the body) with any explosive to kill someone (this excludes C4/IEDs). Not only this, but the chance of hitting anyone directly that's not standing completely still is near impossible. 4. "--also sniper class is not my thing. You only have C4 and a weak sniper, and it's not that strong and, *Ttt*, I mean... There are no motion sensors and stuff like that, so...--" - 2:35-2:47 You have a pistol, knife/hatchet, sniper, grenade(s), and C4/IED. The sniper is not weak either. You have your choice of either an actual sniper rifle, or a combat rifle. The sniper rifle (depending on hit location, distance, an attachment) can be either a 1-2 shot kill anywhere on the body. The combat rifle is a 2 hit kill, period. They are the strongest/most accurate weapons in the game. As for the sensors, that really doesn't merit a response because you can get UAV's for killing three people, which will last you 2 mins. How long did sensors last? 30 seconds.
5. "Also the graphics are a bit weaker than BattleField, and also, like in Battlefield, you can't destroy buildings or take out walls...--" - (Loose quotation) 2:50-3:00 Gotta remember this is not BattleField, this is MoH. The graphics do kinda grow on you though. They're not necessarily bad, they're just of different quality.
6. Again, not writing the whole thing, 3:09-3:30 The map is NOT small, and really it should reflect what all the other maps might be like. There are places to flank in that map as well. The only small maps in this game will probably be in the Team Assault (Deathmatch) mode. As for the rest of that video section, it's all bunk.
7. Once again, 3:35-4:07 I can't say for sure what MAG plays like, but I can say that the graphics are nowhere near as bad as what he's tring to make them out as, and the sound is near BC2 quality. As for recoil, the Devs said it would be addressed.
8. "--here I also died a lot because this was the first round I played in this mode. I've played overall, about, fivr times in this game mode--" - 5:17-5:30 You're going off of someone's opinion of this game and this mode which he's only played five times. That is not nearly enough to explore all the possibilities of the map.
Overall, this is a bias faulty review of the game. There are a lot of bugs currently, but they'll be patched. Like I said, I'm not going to try to convince you to get the game if your dead set against it, but at least try it before you judge it.

Wow i'm going to be honest I did not read all of what you said.
Pretty much made my decision now and whether or not I play it before hand won't make a difference. If I ever do ge this game;
1. It won't be with my own money 2. I would play it for maybe a week or two untill New Vegas was out which is set as oct as well. 3. I'll probably be playing Socom 4 right past this.

Tango, for the last time. WE DO NOT GIVE A dang ON WHERE YOU STAND ON PURCHASING THE GAME. We're just trying to bring in some unbiased information.
Alpha made some great points, and they are a lot less biased than the Youtuber's.
Medal of Honor is MMOS's next game, if you're not going to play it, then just shut up. Quit acting like you're that important to the clan. We're just trying to have some fun here.

Also, FOR THE LAST TIME I DO NOT GIVE A dang FOR UNBIASED INFORMATION LET ALONE BIASED. I'm just trying to bring in some posts like someone told me to time and time again.
